Good Idea of The Day - Purple Surgical Pens

I'd like to start off by saying that I am grateful for friends and family, and for the constant flow of your love, good ideas and support.  Seriously.

To the poster today that suggested that incision lines might be drawn in red, I offer the following diagram to show why that might get a little messy in surgery.

To the followers that made the pornographic misinterpretation of my original surgical diagram, no breasts and no pubic hair will appear in any of the drawn figures on this blog.  Post-surgical breast photos yes, breast drawings not so much.  I'm sure there are other blogs that cater to pornography created in MS Paint if that's what you are looking for ;)

  4. Your surgical drawings are delightful! I also love the poll on the side. Reader interaction is a plus and so fun. The white and red text on the black background hurts my eyes a little but it fits your fabulously quirky satan theme so I totally understand if you keep it as a stylistic choice. May the Hoff bless you on the table.

  5. I'm not buying the whole "red is needed for flowing blood" thing. First of all, the proper representation for flow should be as droplets with velocity vectors attached. Second, static drawings should not really contain active flow depiction anyhow. Instead a regional depiction of scatter fields and flood zones is more appropriate, and these ought to be colour coded in lighter colours, such as yellow and a light mauve. Preferably in a cross-hatched or stippled pattern. And if vectors are included, these are generally a nice light blue.

  6. Response to Anonymous: Hmm...would you like a role as a part-time artist? I could use your talent here and on cybersatancompulsivedisorders, cybersatanpurging, cybersatanslave just to name a few. Some of our posters suggest the surgical figure looks like "pot smoking charlie brown" and the best I can get to is pot smoking glam tranny charlie brown.

  7. Thank you for the kind (?) offer, but I must refuse on the basis of my anti-slavery stance.

  8. Response to Anonymous: I think you may have misunderstood the type of slavery we invoke at cybersatanslave. ;) As artist to the cybersatan family of sites, you'd be fully paid. You could also have all the fatty cookies that we don't let Blogger put in our computers. Cookies have to be as bad for computers as they are for the body, no?
